OREM, UTAH – Uncle Sam’s Land, a Utah based LLC, has announced that it will officially launch its website on June 5, 2009. Uncle Sam’s Land specializes in offering distressed foreclosed homes, and lots throughout the country for less than $5,000 a piece.
The website, which has been in development for over five months, will offer a new set of homes every day at 12:00pm MST. Each set of homes will remain on the site for a period of 24 hours, or until they all have sold, whichever comes first. The process will repeat itself on a daily basis, resetting every day at 12:00pm MST with a new selection of homes. Uncle Sam’s Land currently has homes in a dozen states, and vacant lots in 16 states.
“The goal of this website is to offer investors everywhere an extraordinary opportunity to invest in Real Estate through an online avenue” said Eric C. Dahl, Vice President of Uncle Sam’s Land. Uncle Sam’s Land: Kudos for doing the right thing

I was recently informed that a Utah real estate company that we consult, Uncle Sam’s Land, is donating an actual property from their portfolio for the upcoming silent auction “Love for Nie Nie.” That is an anspiring donation and reminded me that we can all do something of the like!
I am sure many of you are aware that in August of ‘08, Stephanie and Christian Nielson, and their four children (all under six years of age), were in a private plane crash in Arizona. The flight instructor was killed, Stephanie and Christian were both in critical condition, and Stephanie’s sister took in the children. The ‘blogging world’ really reached out to both the Nielson family and Stephanie’s sister in the form of support and donations. And now the “Love for Nie Nie” auction and benefit concert is being held February 2nd, 2009 at the Covey Center for the Arts in Provo. Here are the details:

I attended the benefit concert down here in Arizona with Mindy Gledhill. The concert was great, me and my wife love Mindy, but ever better was to be able to help the Nielson Family and learn more about their tragic story. That is so great to hear that people are still giving to their family. I can’t believe that Uncle Sams Land is actually giving a piece of land for the auction, amazing! What a great example for us all.
