General Refund Policy

Buyer acknowledges and verifies that he/she has carried out the necessary due diligence to purchase, as properties are sold "as is" and "where is". As such, all sales are final, and refunds will not be granted.

Exchange Policy

Under no circumstances will a purchased property through the UncleSamsLand website be allowed to be exchanged for another.

Cancellation Policy

Buyer may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Buyer must email customer service at customerservice@unclesamsland.com and request the refund prior to the 24 hour deadline.
